Holzofen Pizzeria Venezia in Kindsbach

We wanted to support the local gastronomy yesterday in lockdown and have ordered 3x pizzas (1x Vulcano, 2x Valentino) and 2x pasta (Alfredo Pollo and Lasagne), as well as an antipasti plate via the delivery service. When asked when our food was coming, it was said in 1 hour. What followed was more than a bottomless impudence. Delivery took place after 1.45 hours. 45 minutes too late. The only positive thing was the nice pizza driver. The food itself was bad in its quality to vomit. Instead of the Vulcano and Valentino pizzas, there were pizzas with anchovies and a lasagna with raw meat. You could look for the vegetables. We paid over € 70 and - now a day later - we are struggling with stomach cramps and severe malaise. Never again!!!!!

The pizza came way too late and was also not the pizza ordered. Lasagna wasn't through. Pizza delivery boy was very friendly.

Decent pizza to go

By far the best pizza I've eaten in a long time. The price of the pizzas is justified by the size. Even the plate was too small here;)

Excellent experience at a fair price! Spacing and atmosphere is very relaxing, and the pizza bruschetta is very satisfying. Generous portions for the cost, and excellent taste.

Everything was great food was good

They are the best! Service is good. The place is always clean. Prices are slightly higher but the amount of food covers the cost.

The friendly staff will welcome you to the beer and you will be automatically picked up. Interesting variants of pizza. I liked and tasted pasta and various salads. For Germany, quite normal prices, although only one type of beer, was good.

We ate here all the time. The food was always amazing and the staff made the dining experience even better. We would dine here at least once a week and get margarita pizza and salads. We were never disappointed and they always made the dining experience like eating with family. You will not be disappointed if you eat here for lunch or dinner.

Good spot

The dishes were super delicious, so 10 stars for the kitchen, but unfortunately the service, despite friendliness, didn't seem to have had their day, because the guests were not taken care of when the glasses were empty. An ashtray was only brought to me when I held up my smoked cigarette to signal the boss that I urgently need him, although the waitress could already see that I was smoking. Otherwise, I can highly recommend this location.

Italian restaurant in a cozy atmosphere. There is a very nice outdoor area with a view of the forest. The pasta dishes are very tasty and the salads are also recommended. Price / performance ratio very good

Nice mix of Italian in Germany the atmosphere was warm and inviting staff was attentive even at a late hour. Definitely would come again, menu was priced very well. Four and a half Stars, the other half I will reserve for a place that has non-alcoholic drinks that doesn't cost a third of the entree.

Great food and atmosphere!

My wife ate there with our friends and she said that tortellini a la pana was delish. According to her portions are big. Her friend ordered the salmon pasta and tasty. They complimented with white and red wine of the house

Good food, prices slightly higher than area average.

Pizza was very good, also the meat dishes. The cook was a little sparing with the salt, but you can always spice up.

Delicious. There is a really nice seating area out back. Update: I've been coming here for a year and there is a good reason. I've been to every other pizza place in the area; I've had pizza in Holland, France, Slovenia, Switzerland, Naples... THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PIZZA YOU CAN GET IN EUROPE!!!

Very good food, good prices, portions and friendly staff

Our favorite restaurant for pizzas, pastas and other dishes ever since we moved here.

I would come here regularly enough that one of the managers would let me have a glass of second while I waited for my take out. Another friend was a regular, had a huge bday party here and the owner came and shared a bottle of wine with him. I have heard nothing but good stories of their customer service. Also, huge props to the really good pizza for a really good price.

Love this place the food is awesome. The staff is wonderful. The terrace is so cozy, as is the indoor seating. Parking is available. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service and fantastic food as always!

Service super slow, seemed to pick and choose who got served and who had to wait. The food is good, nothing to write home about but nothing was bad; I went with a large party and everyone was satisfied with their meal. Pricewise it's on the expensive side (for what they offer) but not outlandishly so. The interior is elegant yet casual, a nice setting. Be warned; parking can be difficult and hours, although posted, are not always honored and are therefore unreliable.

A bunch of gypsies from Albania with ZERO curtesy, gastro knowledge or any sign of kindness and harmony. They only talk on their annoying language loud to each other paying no attention to whether anyone needs a fill up or have a question. Horrible, sad to say typical Baltic-Germanic mentality where guests with expectations of standard will never be welcome and will never be properly served. Not worth any money or time to waste at that fake Italian total low life junkyard of gypsy horde.

Good service and food

Great place to eat! The atmosphere was excellent and quaint. We love that they use an actual pizza oven....wood burning brick oven! The service is great, but not always English speaking. Won't hesitate going back.
